Cooldelight Desserts Ltd was established in 2005, as a specialist manufacturer of ice cream and frozen dessert products, to the Education & Healthcare (Cost and Public Sectors) of the UK Foodservice Market.

With our head office based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire, our products are manufactured at two main production sites, in the UK and Belgium.

We also work in partnership with 6 other production units in Belgium / The Netherlands and Poland.

All our manufacturing sites have full BRC accreditation.

Our portfolio specialises in ice cream and cold-dessert products, suitable for use in the unique Education & Healthcare Sectors, with pricepoints that allow regular use in menus across both sectors.

All our individual tub / lolly / waffle products meet packaging regulations and are all Natasha’s Law compliant.

Most of our cold-dessert products have a nut-free status (manufactured in a nut-free environment) and are also low in sugar and fat, free from hydrogenated fats and free from contentious additives that should be avoided by children / patients.

In addition, the majority of our ice cream and cold-dessert products are suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

We continue to actively develop product recipes with low sugar and fat levels, ensuring that our popular, cold-dessert products meet school food standards, ensuring that they can continue to be used in Cost and Public Sectors menus.

Cooldelight Desserts continues to be pro-active in the Cost and Public Sectors, working closely with Education and Healthcare Caterers, ensuring that the increasing demands in these specialist sectors, are met.

As our business expands, we are striving to bring into our range, dessert products which are suitable for the Independent "profit sector" in addition to our core products for the Cost and Public Sectors.
